How much does catering cost per person?
Our catering packages are $25 per person for a Turkish Breakfast, $32 per person for the Mezze & Grill Lunch and $40 per person for the Ottoman Feast. Your final quote depends on guest numbers, menu and service.
What is the minimum number of guests?
Catering packages start from 10 guests. We cater events of 10 to 500+ guests.
Which areas of Sydney do you deliver to?
We cook in Darlinghurst and cater across Sydney, including the CBD, Surry Hills, the Eastern Suburbs, the Inner West and North Sydney. For other areas, just ask.
Do you cater for vegan, gluten-free and halal diets?
Yes. Every dish is labelled V, VG, GF or GFO, and halal menus are available. Let us know about allergies when you request a quote.
Is setup included?
Yes, setup is included with our catering packages. Staff service for larger events can be added; ask us when you request a quote.
Can I choose dishes that aren't in a package?
Yes. Every dish on our current cafe menu can be ordered for catering. Start from a package and swap items, or build your own menu.
Can we taste the food before booking?
Of course. Visit Cappadocia Cafe & Restaurant at 82-84 Stanley St, Darlinghurst and try the dishes before you decide.

Cappa Catering is the catering service of Cappadocia Cafe & Restaurant, a Turkish and Mediterranean restaurant at 82-84 Stanley St, Darlinghurst. It caters offices, weddings, parties and breakfasts across Sydney from $25 per person.
What food is served at a Turkish catered event?
Typical Turkish catering includes mezze dips (hummus, haydari, babaganoush, ezme), gözleme, charcoal-grilled kebabs (Adana, shish, köfte), rice pilaf, salads, Turkish bread, and desserts such as baklava and künefe. A Turkish breakfast spread adds cheeses, olives, menemen, simit and Turkish tea.
Is Turkish food good for office catering?
Yes. Shared mezze, skewers, gözleme and salads travel well, suit mixed dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and halal) and serve easily as a buffet or individual plates.
By event type
How far in advance should we order office catering?
As early as you can. For regular office lunches a few days' notice is ideal; for larger events give us a week or more. For short-notice orders, call the cafe on +61 483 208 648 and we'll do our best.
Can you deliver to the Sydney CBD?
Yes. Our kitchen is at 82-84 Stanley St, Darlinghurst, a short drive from the CBD, North Sydney, Surry Hills and the Eastern Suburbs.
How many guests can you cater a wedding for?
We cater weddings and engagements from around 50 guests to 500+. Tell us your numbers and venue and we'll plan the service around them.
Do you offer halal wedding catering?
Yes, halal menus are available. Let us know when you request your quote.
What is the minimum order for party catering?
Our catering packages start from 10 guests.
Can you cater a party at my home?
Yes. We deliver and set up at homes and venues across Sydney.
How early can you deliver breakfast catering?
Our kitchen opens at 6am on weekdays and 7am on weekends. Let us know your start time when you request a quote.
Is your catering halal?
Halal menus are available. Please mention it when you request a quote so we can confirm your menu.
Can you cater a fully vegan event?
Yes. Many of our dishes are vegan already, and we can build a full vegan menu for your event.
